Cesari

Catia Cesari has been appointed SVP business development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Coty Inc. She reports jointly to CEO, Michele Scannavini and CFO, Patrice de Talhouët.

Cesari brings 20 years of successful experience in M&A to Coty. In her previous role as chief mergers & acquisitions and human capital officer at Labelux Group, she oversaw the acquisitions and restructuring of globally renowned fashion brands such as Jimmy Choo, Bally, and Belstaff. Prior to that, at Gucci Group, Cesari was instrumental in the acquisition of global brands such as Bottega Veneta and Boucheron. She has served with KPMG and General Electric.

Cesari replaces Peter Shaefer who will now lead special cross-functional projects, reporting to Scannavini.
